Emblem™研磨墊提供客製化選項，支援應用於先進半導體製造中的新興研磨製程

Emblem™ 5171X化學機械研磨墊

Emblem™ 5171X 為 Emblem™ 平台推出的首款產品，採用創新技術設計，展現突破性的化學機械研磨效能。透過多面向的客製化能力，來自Emblem™ 平台的研磨墊，如 Emblem™ 5171X，可克服先進節點中的關鍵化學機械研磨挑戰，並在高產出、平坦化與減少缺陷等方面提升效能。Emblem™ 5171X研磨墊的設計可減少研磨液與研磨盤的損耗，並延長研磨墊的使用週期，因而有助於晶圓廠達到提升營運效率的目標。
